All Teachers On Demand, INC substitute educators are required to have at minimum an earned Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working in a school or youth organization setting. Permanent Instructional Staff are required to have the appropriate state teaching credentials for the subject matter they wish to teach. Permanent non-instructional staff are required to have the appropriate degrees, licensures, and experience designated by the position.
Teachers On Demand, INC provides K-12 schools and districts with all of our service types depending on each institution’s need. We also extend our direct hire services to colleges and universities, hospitals, and mental/behavioral health organizations that have open educational positions. We serve virtual and traditional educational settings.

A locally-based Teachers On Demand, INC management team will be your school or district’s point of contact.

Whether your school or district is outsourced or managed in-house, Teachers On Demand, INC is committed to making sure your vacant positions are filled efficiently. Yes, the Teachers On Demand, INC approved ReadySub system tracks the time and attendance of each individual we send to your school or district. There will never be a need to call us to schedule substitute coverage or require our staff members to clock in/out of your system.
Each substitute placed in your district or school by Teachers On Demand, INC will be paid through Teachers On Demand, INC. We are responsible for the costs associated with payroll which frees up your time.
All Teachers On Demand, INC contractors and employees undergo the same background checks and clearances required by the district. We add an extra layer of checks through degree verification and DMV record checks. Our standards match your district, state and federal compliances.
